My worth as a rhymer i never cease to doubt
But for anyone that way inclined so much to write about
New wonders around us to see every day
In life we never stop learning as some like to say
The world's greatest beauty we do not pay to see
It is all around you and it is all around me
Nature is quite amazing her wonders not few
And every day of her we learn something new
Centuries before the first creatures learned how to fly
Or the ancestors of the first humans looked on the lamp of the sky
She was around as she ever will be
And all of her life forms are born to mortality
And she has inspired me to pen doggerel
The stuff few do read and that i cannot sell.
