The tiny frogs always does sing before rain
Though loud in their songs never easy to see
As they hide in cracks in a wall or under bark on a tree
You search for them but where you think the song comes from the frog is not there
The singer a ventriloquist is hiding elsewhere
A key to their survival is to be elusive and shy
Almost impossible to discover though to you they are singing nearby
True frogs are tiny amphibians with ways of their own
And so much about them remains to be known
On their breeding Season they sing night and day
But their songs to their whereabouts never a give away
And in changeable weather they sing before rain
Yet a mystery about them they does retain.
