People who to others are generous and kind
Are those who are blessed with love of self in the mind
In the helping of others they often go out of their way
And perform a good deed or two every day
Those with an abundance of love in them have love for to share
And of the needs of others are always aware
They are the friends of the poor of the town
And often come to the aid of the financially down
There is truth on what the wise mother said to her son
If you cannot love yourself you cannot love anyone
Those with love in them prizes and awards for themselves may not win
But for others they help to make a better World to live in
The good things you do for others says more about you
Than the good things for yourself that you choose to do.
