Than your dog you do not have a greater friend
For loyalty and love on it you can depend
For a walk and a good feed and a few kind words every day
Your dog as your friend it's lifetime will stay
That nasty people have nasty dogs in truth one can say
Since they do train their canines to behave in this way
To other people it seems hard to deny
That the behaviour of the dog the owner personify
Generally by the behaviour of the dog the personality of the owner you can tell
More often than not the dog that is friendly it's owner is as well
That the dog adopts it's owner's personality more often right than wrong
Since the bond of trust in the dog to it's owner is undoubtebly strong
That you do not have a greater friend than your dog is not a lie
It will remain faithful to you until the day it does die.
