Leaders And Rulers

A leader should be one worthy to admire
And have the qualities of self betterment in others to inspire
Some known to be leaders in their ways are small
Since they lead as rulers and are not leaders at all
Of true leaders one seldom does hear of or of read
Since it is only by good example that they does lead
And rulers we read about and hear of every day
With them it is always you do as i say
Between rulers and leaders the difference is great
Though some say with each other they interrelate
A good leader leads by good example a ruler only rules for the sake of self power
In ways they are more different than a weed is to a flower
Leaders come in every skin color black, white and brown
And they are to be found in every village, city and town.
