Not everyone of you does have nice things to say
Though you are a good person in your own kind way
The words of a wise one worthy of recall
You may well win some but you will not win them all
The flaw finders others may love to criticize
But then their sort never seem for to realize
That in their negative opinions of others negativity for themselves they create
And their friends in numbers never accumulate
You only can live to be the best you can be
And though of human flaws like all you are not free
You are not one of the trash talkers of the town
Who in putting down others do leave themselves down
Live and let live as a truism remain
The meaning in this itself always explain
The words of a wise one well worthy of recall
Though you may win many you will not win them all.
