What's Right From Wrong

You don't need a god to tell you what's right from wrong
Like the bird who does not need permission for to sing it's song
The sort of person you are in the thought processes of your mind are sown
As you are an individual with a mind of your own
You cannot be a good person if good by others you do not do
The sort of person you live as is all up to you
Sadly there are many in every village, city and town
Who on climbing the social ladder have dragged others down
It is not your job or swimming pool, big new home or car
That tell us of the person that you really are
And though you are quite successful in a material way
This of you as a person little does say
Just like it is not by the label you can judge the wine
By her or his material gains a person you cannot define.
