Since with their words they do like to deceive
When asked a question the truth they deny
That they are so elusive in their answers one must wonder why
Many of them cannot seem to answer a question in an honest way
Most politicians to the media do lie every day
To seek advantage over their political opponents the lying game they do play
Bigger fools those who believe everything they does say
It is not saying anything that is in any way that is new
That the honest politicians are of the few
To most of them for to lie it does come easily
They lie for to cover for their dishonesty
In parliament and to the media they lie every day
And for many of them lying it does seem for to pay.
