No Pride At All

It seems like human created Global Warming is out of control

Every attack on Mother Earth is a wound to Nature's soul

More burning of fossil fuels human greed for money taking it's toll

And more damage from a resource of Mother Earth who feeds us the burning of coal

What us humans do to Mother Earth to our own selves we do

For our abuse of the one who feeds us all bad Karma will be our due

Our abuse of our Earth Mother is to all of our shame

For their poverty the children of the future will have us to blame

Mother Earth it does seem is suffering due to human greed

Of more human friends it is clear she is of in need

Extinction for may wild species is nearing by the day

What we do to our Earth Mother to our own selves we do only true to say

Despite our human achievements and they have not been small

In our abuse of our Earth Mother there is no pride at all.
