Due to human greed for materialism and climate change
Many species of flora and fauna in a dwindling range
Are becoming endangered of extinction as the scientific records do tell
And extinction is forever as we all know too well
For future generations less wildlife to see
And less small flowering plant life and less species of tree
By abusing the Earth that does feed us ourselves we may destroy
We are not creating a good future for future humans every girl and boy
Despite some of the great achievements by us humans our competitive greed for financial success
Is putting the Planet that feeds us under undue stress
What we do unto Mother Earth and her other life forms to our own selves we do
This is how it seems to me whatever about you
Due to climate change and human greed for materialism extinction is on the rise
And this in itself is not any surprise.
