And that you are often short of money does not do anything for your pride
But it should be a consolation to you though compared to many poor you well may be
There are many financially poorer than you are who know of extreme poverty
Of the praises of the wealthy and famous the admiring masses may sing
But money and fame to most individuals can be quite a relative thing
To some people you are quite wealthy though you do not see it this way
There are millions financially poorer than you are despite what you do think or say
You feel the whole World is against you for years you have been battling the odds
And the masses they never look up to the people of the lesser gods
Humanity does have it's winners and losers some do lose for others to gain
This is how life works and it was and is and how it will always remain
So you think you are one of life's losers in this you are not on your own
There are millions far worse off than you are and poverty is all they ever have known.
