You Must Be Egotistical

Many who thought they were indispensable  in cemeteries lay
And life it does go on without them today
If you think you are irreplaceable you have it all wrong
Humanity without you will surely get along
The egotistical believe that they are the irreplaceable kind
One might say of them it is all in their mind
Those who thought that they were indispensable to life have come and from life have gone
And without them every day life as usual does go on
Those who believe they are indispensable believe their own lie
Life will always go on it is they who will die
And a fully inflated ego on the thought patterns take toll
Few things worse on the mind than an ego out of control
That anyone is not indispensable does go without doubt
You must be egotistical to think you cannot be done without.
