Share one thing with each other in common Mother Earth does feed us all
Yet many of us humans who should know better this does not seem to realize
We have made huge advancements in many ways but we have not grown more wise
For to build more houses and factories in every city and big town
More land is cleared for development and more old growth trees are being cut down
Due to Climate Change and human destruction of their natural habitat more creatures on the endangered list
Due to our human greed for money on the abuse of our Earth Mother we insist
Those who love Mother Earth from big business are under attack
But Mother Earth will have the last say she eventually will hit back
The children of the future long after we are with the dead
Will have us to blame for their tough times on the decades ahead
Mother Earth is for us to live on and with other creatures for to share
But it has become quite obvious that many of us of this are not aware.
