Those who for attention to compete with others lack the desire
Are people i for one can only admire
You never hear them say of how great they are
Or of the size of their home or of the size of their car
They well may be the unsung of the town
Without the craving for wealth and renown
Their own praises you never does hear them sing
Of them one can say that this is not their thing
Of the desire to be famous they does seem free
Their photos in newspapers one never does see
They are never at gatherings where the aspirational meet
And for attention with others never compete
To be wealthy and famous they feel no desire
Them for their ways one can only admire.
