A Nice Evening In September

The sun it is out so good to be alive
A beautiful evening for to go for a drive
It is so refreshing the cool coastal breeze
And the birds they are singing on the bushes and trees
In latter September in the early Spring
The beauty in Nature such joy to us bring
The countryside green after the recent rain
With such beautiful weather it seems hard to complain
With the sun on their dark wings chirping as they fly
The swallows are chasing flying insects in the sky
A beautiful evening in this place in the south
For an artist to sketch or a writer to write about
Of the birds who do sing every day of the year
The warbling of the magpies so pleasant to hear.
