On through Ballydaly west of Millstreet Town
The road into Kerry does wind up and down
In view of the Boggeraghs the hills old in time
For years they have been the inspiration of the writers of song, story and rhyme
The roadway from Millstreet that winds up and down
To Rathmore in east Kerry that borders Cork a Sliabh Luachra Town
Many tourists in the past have driven on the roadway
And more tourists than ever drive on it today
The main road to Killarney known to tourists Worldwide
In view of the Boggeraghs through the green countryside
Many who have driven on the roadway into Kerry where the deceased are now lay
Their children and grandchildren drive on it today
