The Man Who Laughed A Lot

By his family and friends he will never be forgot
He was loved by many the man who laughed a lot
The great gift of life he did embrace
And he always did have a big smile on his face

Grieved by his two teenage daughters and his friends and his wife
The man who laughed a lot he was larger than life
But the lady of luck was not on his side
In a workplace accident he tragically died

The reaper of lives on his life did call time
On his forty first year just past his physical prime
Some say he died laughing this well may be
For the funnier side to most things he was one who did see

He was one who made new friends every day
Since about him he had such a likeable way
At his funeral this morning for him there was shedding of tears
Good memories of him bound to live on for years

In the helping of others always willingly inclined
The man who laughed a lot he was caring and kind
In the local cemetery his last remains lay
He was one who was known to laugh every day.
