Who to the local communities are not a sense of pride
Although they never harm anyone in any way
Few of them do ever have nice things to say
They are without social friends not members of any club
And they drink on their own when in the local pub
Any local community meetings or gatherings they never attend
The people who do not seem to have a friend
Fringe dwellers in every town seem to be rare
With the majority in common they have little to share
To be part of a social group is not their thing
And of their own praises they never do sing
There are a few fringe dwellers in every town
Who will never even know of local renown.
