In Death Equality In Human Beings

In death equality in human beings is only to be found
Even the wealthy undertakers eventually go to ground
Or cremated their remains in ashes return to earth in this way
Equality to all eventually does come one day
John Shirley who was a renowned English poet
In his famous poem Death The Leveller wrote
That the homeless and the poorest of every town
In death equaL to the deceased of great wealth and renown
The Reaper of lives brings to all equality
And does not differentiate between the billionaire and the one in poverty
Yet the monarch of equality everyone seems to fear
And of singing the praises of life's Reaper anyone you never does hear
Everyone becomes equal where dead people lay
And this only does seem a true thing to say
