I Feel I May Be

I began writing rhyme in nineteen seventy three
And addicted to rhyming i feel i may be
At twenty seven years of age in my physical prime
And this is going back many Seasons in time
In rhyming for me never money or fame
Yet it is something that i do love doing just the same
The only reason that i do write rhymes every day
Did i not enjoy doing it i would have given it away
To write rhymes is easy as easy as can be
Anybody can do it you can have this from me
But if you are materialistic to you i can say
In writing rhyme do not waste your time of day
As for me i hope to keep on rhyming until the day i do die
If i did tell you different this would be a lie.
