Nice people are always a pleasure to meet
For attention with others they never compete
Of others they never have unkind words to say
The Human World in need of more of their sort today
In the Human World nice leaders are few
And this is not saying anything that is new
They are never overly assertive in their opinions and views
Nice people do never make the headline news
Of them one can say an asset to humanity indeed
Of the desire to be popular they do not feel the need
They leave it to others their praises to sing
Self promotion for them it is never their thing
Suppose i am lucky in my own way
In that i do meet a few nice people every day.
