And that as a writer i am not good enough
And since of my writing limitations i am all too aware
Of the positive and negative things others say of me why should i much care
For my rhymes i never receive any pay
But to me it does not matter much anyway
I do know that penning rhyme can be a hungry belly game
And in it not much in the way of recognition or fame
For many years i have been a rhyming buff
Just one who has written many pages of stuff
To write rhymes is so easy as easy as can be
Anybody can do it you can have this from me
Promotion of self has never been my thing
And i just leave it to others their praises to sing.
