And many of your admirers say to you well done
And as well you are successful in a material way
An all round high achiever many of you does say
Your fame it has transcended local renown
And your name is known far beyond your hometown
But you seem to have grown egotistical of late
Suppose it is hard to remain humble when so many admire you as great
Yes it is hard to remain humble one has to agree
When so many people only greatness in you does see
Old words of wisdom live in memory
That fame can be a destroyer of humility
But as success goes those who climb the highest have the furthest to fall
This is something that surely does apply to all.
