The sky over Yangery sunless and gray
And it looks like that there will not be much sunshine today
In the brown and dry paddocks that look rather exposed and bare
There is not enough of grass for to sustain a hare
The farmers they are feeding their cattle hay
In drought conditions they run at a financial loss only true to say
The countryside of the Moyne Shire is crying out for rain
The farm dams low in water and bone dry every drain
For mid Autumn the weather is changeable and dry
Yet no water to weep in the overcast sky
Yesterday it was sunny and thirty degrees
With even a dry warmth in the coastal breeze
The weather of late has been acting so strange
The reason for this may well be Climate Change.
