She has a younger man by a few years in her life
You will not hear him say better days he has known
He is quite happy living on his own
Jenny walked out on him ten years ago
She is happier nowadays with her partner Joe
She says Bill spends most of his time in the nearby pub
Or playing bowls and drinking with his mates in the bowls club
Bill says he is far happier without her today
Since nice things to or about him she never did say
Happy at night watching sports on t v
And enjoying a beer in his own company
You will not hear him say of happier days he has known
He is contented living on his own.
