The ugliness and brutality of war in the news every day
Of the Russian soldiers crimes on Ukranian civilians what can any sane person say
Except that they are worse than brutal a blot on humanity
What has been happening in Ukraine is worse than brutality
The murder and raping of civilians to war is nothing new
The wars free of atrocities to say the least are few
Rusians like all other Nationalities are mostly good people it is their government and army is to blame
For the deaths and brutalizing of Ukranian civilians in awful acts of shame
To war that creates heroes there is a darker side
What is happening in Ukraine has happened almost Worldwide
Of the Russian war on Ukraine few good stories to tell
Many Ukranian people have been living in Earthly Hell
For those who commit war atrocities there is a price to pay
If the law does not catch up with them Karma will one day
