One Of The Selfless

Sometimes a great person lives nearer than we does realize

She has never been shortlisted for any prize

Or not even seen to be worthy of local renown

Though she is the kindest person in the town

One can say of her the ordinary she does transcend

To many doing it tough in life she is a good friend

Of the needs of the financially down she is aware

People like she is have always been rare

For her kindness and generosity she never seeks money or any sort of fame

It is not her wish in life to become a great name

For her future good Karma she plants the good seed

Of more of her sort the Human World is in need

She is one of the selfless and her sort are few

And this is not saying anything that is new.
