It seems some of the best things in life remain free
The beauty of Nature is all around me
A beauty i do not have to pay for to view
I feel that i am one of the privileged few
Earthly Utopia it does seem cannot be far away
From the Hopkins River near Warrnambool on this sunny December day
So nice to be resting in the shade of the Norfolk pine trees
Out of the sun in the cool coastal breeze
A weather temperature high of a sunny twenty five
On such a nice day so good to be alive
Where the weather seldom gets too warm or too cool
Near the beautiful old City of Warrnambool
By the Hopkins on a day that is sunny and clear
Such beautiful weather for the time of year.
