Us For To Blame

Our abuse of our Earth Mother the one who does feed us is to all of our shame
And future generations of children will have us to blame
For the hardships they will endure due to our legacy of poverty
That what we do to our Earth Mother to our own selves we do we seem too blind to see
For the children of the futuire we plant Karma's bad seed
As it is they who will pay for our selfishness and greed
In shortages of food and famines Worldwide
They will not look on what we see as our achievements with a sense of pride
For our greed it is the future generations will pay
And this does seem quite a sad thing for to say
On the anti environment governments we are electing to rule
To the fires of Global Warming we are adding more fuel
This is something that is only to our great shame
And the future generations of people for their poverty will have us for to blame.
