Self promotion is seen as an in thing
Though self praise is no praise as a truism remain

In a Human World where so many with each other for attention compete
The down to earth people becoming harder to meet
Narcissism is on the rise in the Human World of today
And this seems a very sad thing for to say
The crave for attention it is Worldwide
And sadly the humble are being pushed aside
Modern technology big egos create
So many their own selves love to celebrate
