He is not a real man some of the local young real men do say
He does not join them after work in the pub every day
At the weekend he stays at home with his wife and sometimes join his children in their play
Suppose for being different from others there is some price to pay
By some not seen as a real man he does not play football
And sports never seems to interest him at all
To any tribe he does not seem to belong
With men like him there has to be something wrong
He has never tasted alcohol or enjoyed a beer
Never seen in the pub to partake in the cheer
Spends his boring weekends at home with his children and wife
Yet he does not seem as one who is unhappy in his life
He must not be a real man to like his own company
To some of the so called local young real men he is as strange as can be
He does not play football or is not a member of any community or sporting club
And he is never seen in the local pub.
