As life forms of Mother Earth us Humans to Nature belong
But on our treatment of our Earth Mother the one who does feed us we have got it all wrong
And what we do to the Earth to our own selves we do
This is how i do see it whatever about you
For our greed for Mother Earth's resources Nature's creatures must pay
More natural habitat for wildlife being bulldozed every day
By the workers of wealthy developers to satiate their greed
Of more human friends our Earth Mother is in need
For to build more factories and houses in the heavily populated town
More land is being cleared and more trees are being cut down
In a World where many people grow poorer for the wealthy few
That Nature's creatures are losing out is not saying what is new
The one who does feed us due to our greed her and her creatures we are trying to destroy
This the price of human progress is not a cause for joy.
