The great gift of life is a wonderful thing
And of the praises of life do feel happy to sing
And since death is forever perhaps your best plan
Is to live for as long as you possibly can
Born into life for to battle the odds
So sad for the children of the lesser gods
But as is said of life where it is there is hope
And most people in poverty manage to cope
With the hardship they inherited due to birth circumstance
As they too realize in life never a second chance
But their great love of life makes them want to live on
When any hope of success from them has gone
Far greater than any other form of success
Life is the greatest gift that anyone can possess.
