What is life but a journey that does end one day
Maybe near to where you were born or from there far away
No matter what you achieve in life for you it comes to an end
That death is for everyone on this you can depend
Do not leave your successes go to your head
Many far greater than you are now with the dead
Those who have humility nowadays are a rare breed
Though of far more of their sort the Human World is in need
Though the very thought of death to many is a frightening thing
And of it's praises you never hear anyone sing
It is The Leveller as James Shirley in his great poem did say
There is never inequality where dead people lay
Life is a journey that does end for all
For everyone there will be a final Fall.
