Before The Baby Does Walk

Before the baby does walk the baby does crawl
And the baby rises again after every fall
In life there is many an up and a down
The poor one today once one of the wealthy of the town
Every human life is a journey that does have an end
That for us all death is a certainty one can depend
The average human life three score and ten years in real time not a lengthy span
A few years more for a woman than it is for a man
You may well brag of your material success
But your life is the greatest gift you does possess
For many today is their last living day
And time does not wait it keeps on ticking away
The ageing only have memories of their youthful years long ago
Long before time it did become their foe.
