And to his higher self he does try to live true
One of the nicest people on his side of the town
In his words he never puts anyone down
He performs a good deed or two every day
And to help others often goes out of his way
Some joy to the lives of others he does bring
Yet his praises you will never hear many sing
Than him you could not ask for a better friend
If of help you are in need on him you can depend
Every day he does sow Karma's good seed
And for doing it of any praise he does not feel in need
A good fellow he performs a good deed or two every day
And for doing it he never receives any pay.
