And with all of her neighbours she lives in harmony
She and her husband in their eighties one often does meet
Walking every day in the park by their street
A great grandmother she volunteers for Vincent De Paul
In the fight against poverty she answers the call
To those who are doing it tough a good friend indeed
She never turns her back on those of help in need
If everyone were like her the World would be free
Of hunger and homelessness and poverty
Every day of her life a new friend she does win
She helps to make the World better to live in
On helping those in life who are doing it tough
The hungry and homeless who live and sleep rough.
