So many signs of this sort i have seen of late
They only welcome their wealthy friends and family all others they exclude
By their public display of exclusion they must be rather rude
We are only tenants in this World until the day we die
Those who will tell you differently believe in their own lie
They cannot take their property with them when from life they pass away
No private property keep out signs on the grave sites where the dead lay
They may will their property to family members or it decide to sell
And from the sale price for themselves do financially well
But they cannot take it with them to their final tiny patch of ground
The one who said death is the equalizer said something quite profound
The sign on the entrance gate reading Private Property Keep Out
Shows the arrogance of deed ownership and this goes without doubt.
