Lucky the one who can laugh every day
Of anti depressant drugs she or he does not have any need
To happiness they do have in them the seed
Since the gift of laughter they do possess
In their minds they have the glow of happiness
Laugh and the World laughs with you as a truism remain
The meaning in this it's own self does explain
Since they do have in them the bright inner glow
Those who laugh easily others of wish to know
Few wish to know of the sad people of the town
Who seem unable to smile and feel mentally down
Those who laugh often make new friends every day
Laughter it is true does keep sadness at bay.
