Are perhaps happier playing with their Christmas toy
Than the children of the town's wealthiest parents who with their expensive toys are never satisfied
And their disappointment in this make no attempt for to hide
Wisdom from a sage from the days of old
Happiness with money cannot be bought or sold
Many of the wealthy on the wealthy side of the town
Despite their abundance in money often feel mentally down
Of the praises of money you will hear many sing
And though it is quite important it is not everything
Suppose the more one has the more one does want and need
Of life's many truisms this is one indeed
The wealthy parents for toys a lot of money did pay
But their children with their expensive presents are not happy today.
