Close to the calendar Summer warmer weather to the coastal lands near
The coastal lands wearing Nature's flowers lush and green from recent rain
With such pleasant often sunny weather one ought not for to complain
Nice to see the early white butterflies seemingly dancing in the freshening breeze
And in the warm air of the afternoon the buzzing of bush flies and bees
Contented cattle gaining weight on young grass in the cool shade of the trees
Lay chewing their cuds on pleasant temperatures of around twenty degrees
Nesting birds singing their finest on the last days of the Spring
And the sweet scent of grass mowed for hay or silage always such a pleasant thing
In November from the coastal Moyne Shire Earthly Utopia never far away
The sun is shining in the mostly blue sky no rain in the forecast today
Everywhere one turns to look Nature's beauty one does see
And the beauty Nature creates for to view is always free.
