Though of different political parties they are much the same
Most politicians are self centered and do seek their own fame
Except for the rare exceptions the honourable few
Most of them serve their own interests this is not saying what is new
The most successful politicians do know of how to deceive
Many of them so deceitful their own lies they do believe
To lie to them comes easy in parliament they lie every day
To the truth most politicians respect never seem to pay
Most politicians are in politics for power and financial gain
For only a short time the honest politicians in politics remain
They soon grow disenchanted with the corruption of greed
Though Worldwide houses of parliament of their sort of are badly in need
The majority of politicians one can say far from just
People that one on should not place much trust.
