Neo-cons believe poor people for their poverty have only themselves to blame
And that for being poor and homeless they should only feel shame
But of Neo-cons and their sort the Human World of any more not in need
In fact humanity without them would be the winner indeed
Neoconservatism from the U S has spread Worldwide
They are among the people who uphold the social divide
Any Neoconservative never a friend of the financially down
You will never see them help the poor of any town
Among the most self centered and narcissistic people of the Human World of today
From their higher selves they do seem far away
To those in extreme poverty any respect they do not pay
The human World the poorer for Neo-cons in it in truth one can say
Neo-cons lack in kindness, compassion and empathy
And on their thinking are not an asset to humanity.
