The majority of human relationships are conditional why otherwise pretend
But the love of your dog for you is unconditional she or he your truest friend
For a few pats every day and a walk and a good feed
For ever devoted loyalty to you is all your dog does need

Why people at the death of their dog for months do grieve
Is something that should not be hard to believe
In defense of their masters dogs never display any fear
Stories of them dying for their human friends we can read of and hear
dogs are so loyal for to give them their due
