Of natural beauty i may never look on again
In mid Spring along the ditch of the pebbly bohreen wildflowers in bloom after rain
Such memories of Nature's beauty with me does remain
Snowdrops, primroses and bluebells flowers of early Spring
In full bloom when the nesting songbirds begin to sing
Along the ditches of the bohreens wildflowers in bloom a beautiful sight to behold
Of Nature at her finest from the Springs of old
Such beautiful memories are with me today
Of Spring in ireland in April and May
Wildflowers by the bohreen raindrops on their petals gleaming in the sunshine
Good memories age well like the taste of old wine
Good memories live on of Nature's beauty seen
Such as wildflowers in Spring along the ditch of the bohreen.
