On The Day We Do Die

Since they are the people who cannot seem to win
For them it cannot be a nice World for to live in
Born into life for to battle the odds
They must be the children of the lesser gods
Of the praises of the wealthy so many do sing
And to be short of money is not a nice thing
And if everybody is equal as is said in god's sight
Why are so many hungry and homeless and sleeping rough at night?
There is a huge gulf in the social divide
The gap between the have and the have not keeps on growing wide
The poor getting poorer only true to say
And inequality is rife in the Human World of today
But one fact remains relevant and fact never lie
Is we all become equal on the day we do die.
