Death

Of life's cares and worries death does set us free

Though many with this would surely disagree

For most people fear death and so too do i

If i did say different this would be a lie

Three score and ten years is the average human life span

A few years more for a woman than it is for a man

But death is the equalizer for to give it what is it's due

That it treats all people as equal happens to be true

Death the scythe of Nature does reap night and day

And no inequaity where it's victims do lay

Death is never impressed by money and fame

The monarch and pauper it treats as the same

It treats as equal the poor one and the billionaire

And frees everybody of worries and care.
