Us humans are born as mortals and like all other life forms do die
And as for immortality for the soul ask one more enlightened than i
Only know that to the Earth that does feed us we do belong
Though many would say such an utterance is wrong
As creatures of Nature we will die one day
This is how it is life works in this way
Each day we do live one nearer to our last
And our biological clocks ever keep ticking fast
The grass it does grow on the coward's grave
As well as on the grave of the one who died brave
Of Mother Nature it can be said
That she does not judge the living or the dead
It is us living humans who differentiate
Who say who is not good and say who is great
But Nature treats all her life forms including us humans as the same
And does not respect money or honour or fame
Like most other people behind my ego i hide
And who is or is not good is not for me to decide
I leave it to Nature the one with the power
From a tiny seed to create a beautiful flower.
