The last rabbit the last human being will suirvive
On the harshest of conditions their sort seem to thrive
One of their secrets of survival is in numbers they multiply
That they are Nature's survivors none ought to deny
That rabbits will survive Climate Change there is little doubt
Though humans have tried their best to wipe them out
Despites myxomatosis and clavixal virus in places plentiful they remain
And that they are not endangered of extinction it's own self does explain
They are Nature's survivors and have beaten the odds
Though their sort will never be looked on as gods
Poisoning, trapping, ferreting, shooting and snaring and every rabbit disease known
Despite all of these rabbits do hold their own
And even in places in numbers multiply
That they are Nature's survivors seems hard to deny
