We regularly hear through the media of narcissistic individuals latest success
Sadly some people are not very hard to impress
Of hearing about them every day in the news i have grown very tired
And wonder why by so many people they are admired
One of the best of good people who lives in this town
Is one who is even a stranger to local renown
A widow and grandmother in her mid sixties she goes out of her way
For to help those in need of helping every day
It is not for recognition for herself she helps those in need
That every day for a better World to live in she plants the good seed
My admiration of her it only does grow
For she is the one who has the bright inner glow
She carries love in her and shares it around
But sadly her sort in large numbers in the World do not abound.
